BEEFRAME SD-A1 P2/E6

The first member of the BEEFRAME in just 6-8 seconds . This time is very favorable compared to the fact that even experienced, skilled beekeepers struggle with this work phase for minutes.

15 times faster!

The slats to be processed must be manually inserted into the machine and the safety door closed.

In addition, the automated hive frame assembly machine is not only much faster - about 15 times - than manual work , but also significantly more accurate.

The stapling is carried out by two high-performance, Omer 90.38 CLD3 long-magazine staple gun, with 2 pairs of staples at each of the four corners as standard
, so 40 frames can be produced with a 330-magazine, and reloading the device only takes a few seconds .

Can be adjusted to any hive frame

The number of staples fired is optional, the BEEFRAME SD-A1 P2/E6 frame stapling and drilling hybrid station can be set to fire the desired amount of staples,
but the machine can also be ordered with another type of stapling unit. Staples with a leg length of 15-40 mm can be used for stapling, and on request, in a top-loading version, we can also prepare the machines to accept magazines much longer than 330.
The hole making is equally well thought out. The holes are drilled by a high-quality, air-cooled spindle row, with professional milling cutters, which do not break due to the always perfect clamping and drilling position, unlike hand drills or drill rows, where the drill bits tend to snap, further slowing down the process. The device uses compressed air for operation in addition to normal mains power. It can be produced with its own, built-in compressor, or it can be utilized from an external source. The machine can be set to handle almost any hive frame. The BEEFRAME machine is characterized by its ability to overcome the tolerances of frame slats, meaning that after adjustment, it can accommodate and handle the diverse shapes and sizes of the frame slats used by beekeepers.
